A hot air oven heats samples and equipment with circulating hot air in an insulated chamber. It is the most versatile heating instrument in labs and plants. Typical uses are drying glassware, dry-heat sterilisation at 160 °C, moisture determination, pharmaceutical stability studies, and curing coatings and adhesives.
In Indore, our hot air oven is used by QC labs of export-oriented pharma units; formulation plants in Pithampur SEZ and Sanwer Road; and university and college labs in Indore and Bhopal. Units are dispatched from our Ambarnath factory to Indore in transit-safe packing, with installation guidance, operator training and spares support.

Fan-assisted forced-air convection gives ±2 °C uniformity across all shelves for stability testing and component curing. Chambers range from 28 L to 200 L+, all with an SS 304 interior, digital PID control, a timer and an independent over-temperature cut-out.

Yes. Dry heat at 160 °C for 2 hours sterilises clean metal instruments and glassware that cannot be autoclaved. The oven should be validated for temperature uniformity.
