Product Overview

The quality of a plated coating is determined before the part enters the plating bath. Any contamination layer — oil, oxide, smut, or polishing compound — between the substrate and the plating solution prevents direct metal-to-metal bonding, causing pitting, blistering, and peeling. No plating chemistry adjustment compensates for inadequate pre-cleaning.

Samarth Electronics manufactures ultrasonic cleaners specifically configured for electroplating pre-treatment: alkaline degreasing tanks (SS316 construction, high-temperature capability) for oil and grease removal, and acid pickle tanks (chemical-resistant lining) for oxide and smut removal. Multi-tank line configurations — alkaline degreasing → hot rinse → acid pickle → cold rinse — are available as complete systems with separate control panel and automatic basket transfer.
