Yes. It is accepted as part of a validated cleaning process under WHO GMP, EU GMP Annex 15, Schedule M and 21 CFR. The equipment needs the right design features (SS 316L tank, calibrated instruments, no dead legs), and the process must be qualified through IQ/OQ/PQ.
SS 316L material test reports, a NABL-traceable temperature sensor calibration certificate, IQ and OQ protocol templates, a declaration of conformity and wiring diagrams. FAT protocols are available on request.
Yes. Pharma units have DI/PW-compatible connections and SS 316L wetted parts, so no incompatible material touches the purified water. WFI-grade construction is available for sterile areas.
IQ verifies the installation. OQ verifies that every parameter stays in range. PQ shows three consecutive successful runs that remove residue below your acceptance limit, checked by swab or rinse sampling. We supply the IQ/OQ templates.
