Fuel injectors are the most contamination-sensitive component in a BS-VI engine. Varnish, lacquer, gum, and particulate deposits on injector needles and spray orifices reduce spray pattern quality, alter flow rate, and disrupt injection timing - resulting in poor combustion, increased fuel consumption, and emission non-compliance.

Samarth Electronics' dedicated fuel injector ultrasonic cleaner operates at 40 kHz in fuel-injection-material-compatible hot detergent solution. The injector is ultrasonically cleaned for 15โ€“20 minutes, flushed with clean fuel solvent, and available for flow testing - restoring the original spray pattern and flow coefficient.
