The system is used for cleaning of cutting tools. During the process of manufacturing the tools lots of machining is done on the products which results in the products getting contaminated with lot of cutting oils, small metals chips, dust, all the above contamination is to be cleaned before final inspection or before coating which is only possible with multi stage ultrasonic cleaning system.
The multistage system dose consist of Pre cleaning, Ultrasonic cleaning, Ultrasonic rinse or Hot water rinse with air agitation & Drying. The above systems are widely used to clean the cutting tools without damaging the surface & sharpness of the cutting tools.
