Product Overview

A hot air oven heats samples and equipment with circulating hot air in an insulated chamber - the most versatile lab and industrial heating instrument across a wide temperature range.

Samarth Electronics manufactures two configurations: Gravity convection (natural hot-air circulation - suitable for fragile or low-density samples) and Forced-air convection (fan-assisted circulation - delivers ±2°C temperature uniformity across all shelf positions - required for pharmaceutical stability testing, electronic component curing, and any application where uniform temperature throughout the batch is critical). Available in 28L to 200L+ chamber sizes with digital PID control, timer, and over-temperature safety cutout.

Key Features & Benefits

🌡️

Digital PID Temperature Control

±1–2°C accuracy. Over-temperature cutout at a preset independent safety temperature protects samples and oven.

💨

Gravity & Forced-Air Models

Gravity convection for fragile samples. Fan-assisted for ±2°C uniformity across all shelf positions.

📐

Multiple Chamber Sizes

28L / 50L / 100L / 150L / 200L — match to your sample volume and batch size requirement.

🔒

Over-Temperature Safety Cutout

Independent thermostat cuts power at maximum — protects heat-sensitive samples and oven components.

⏱️

Digital Timer

Programmable end-of-cycle buzzer. Set and actual temperature displayed simultaneously on front panel.

🏗️

SS Interior Chamber

SS304 interior resists chemical vapours from samples and is easy to clean between batches.

Frequently Asked Questions

Drying lab glassware (80–110°C), dry heat sterilisation (160°C for 2 hours), sample moisture determination (100–105°C), curing adhesives and coatings (80–200°C), pharmaceutical stability testing (40°C and 60°C ICH Q1A conditions), and annealing metals and plastics.
Gravity convection: natural hot-air circulation — for fragile or lightweight samples. Forced-air (fan): circulates air for ±2°C uniformity across all shelf positions — required for pharmaceutical stability testing (ICH Q1A), component curing, and any application where uniform temperature throughout the batch is critical.
Yes — dry heat sterilisation at 160°C for 2 hours kills all organisms including spores. Instruments must be clean before dry heat sterilisation, and the oven must be validated for temperature uniformity. Used for metal instruments and glassware that cannot be autoclaved.
28L for small lab (1–6 items simultaneously). 50L for QC department or small group. 100L for medium-size lab group or production batch. 150–200L for pharmaceutical stability testing or large industrial batches.
Yes — to research labs, hospitals, and pharma companies in UAE, USA, UK, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
