Laboratory and industrial hot air ovens, 50–300 °C, gravity or forced-air convection, 28 L to 200 L+, digital PID control.
Samarth Electronics is an ISO 9001:2015 certified hot air oven manufacturer in India and a direct hot air oven exporter to Nepal. Buyers looking for a reliable hot air oven supplier in Nepal get factory-direct pricing, a machine built for 230 V / 50 Hz, and complete export documentation, with no trading margin in between.
A hot air oven heats samples and equipment with circulating hot air in an insulated chamber. It is the most versatile heating instrument in labs and plants. Typical uses are drying glassware, dry-heat sterilisation at 160 °C, moisture determination, pharmaceutical stability studies, and curing coatings and adhesives.
In Nepal, our hot air oven is used by pharma QC laboratories; pharma plants in the Birgunj–Hetauda corridor and Kathmandu Valley; and university and research labs in Kathmandu. Export units for Nepal are built for 230 V / 50 Hz and shipped by road through Raxaul–Birgunj, Sunauli–Bhairahawa or Jogbani–Biratnagar, or by air to Kathmandu, with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and technical datasheets.
Samarth Electronics makes two configurations. Gravity convection suits fragile or light samples. Fan-assisted forced-air convection gives ±2 °C uniformity across all shelves for stability testing and component curing. Chambers range from 28 L to 200 L+, all with an SS 304 interior, digital PID control, a timer and an independent over-temperature cut-out.

Pharma QC laboratories use it for glassware drying and moisture tests.
Pharma plants in the Birgunj–Hetauda corridor and Kathmandu Valley use it for stability studies and dry-heat sterilisation.
University and research labs in Kathmandu use it for teaching and research labs.
Hospital and medical-college labs in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan use it for dry-heat sterilisation of glassware and instruments.
±1–2 °C accuracy with set and actual temperature displayed.
Forced-air gives ±2 °C uniformity across all shelves.
Chamber sized to your sample volume and batch.
Independent thermostat protects samples and the oven.
1 min – 99 h with an end-of-cycle buzzer.
Resists chemical vapours and is easy to clean.

| Requirement | Recommended | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Small lab (1–6 items) | 28 L | Gravity or forced-air |
| QC department | 50 L | Forced-air for uniformity |
| Lab group / production batch | 100 L | Multiple shelves |
| Stability testing / large batches | 150–200 L+ | Forced-air, ±2 °C |
Drying glassware (80–110 °C), dry-heat sterilisation (160 °C for 2 hours), moisture determination (100–105 °C), curing adhesives and coatings (80–200 °C), stability testing and annealing metals and plastics.
Gravity convection uses natural air movement and suits fragile or light samples. Forced-air uses a fan to give ±2 °C uniformity across all shelves, which stability testing and component curing need.
Yes. Dry heat at 160 °C for 2 hours sterilises clean metal instruments and glassware that cannot be autoclaved. The oven should be validated for temperature uniformity.
28 L for a small lab, 50 L for a QC department, 100 L for a lab group or production batch, and 150–200 L for stability testing or large industrial batches.
