Standard, shaking, thermostatic (±0.1 °C) and stirred laboratory water baths from ambient +5 °C to 99 °C, 4 L to 30 L.
Samarth Electronics is an ISO 9001:2015 certified laboratory water bath manufacturer in India and a direct laboratory water bath exporter to Nigeria. Buyers looking for a reliable laboratory water bath supplier in Nigeria get factory-direct pricing, a machine built for 230 V / 50 Hz, and complete export documentation, with no trading margin in between.
A laboratory water bath holds sample vessels at a precise, stable temperature by immersing them in thermostatically controlled water. Because water holds heat so well, the heating is stable and uniform. It is the standard instrument for biological, biochemical, clinical and pharmaceutical work in the 20–99 °C range.
In Nigeria, our laboratory water bath is used by teaching hospital and diagnostic labs in Lagos, Abuja and Ibadan; university labs across Nigeria; and QC labs of pharma and food manufacturers. Export units for Nigeria are built for 230 V / 50 Hz and shipped by sea from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) to Lagos (Apapa / Tin Can Island), or by air to Lagos or Abuja, with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and technical datasheets.
Samarth Electronics makes four types. Standard baths come in 4–30 L. Shaking baths are orbital (20–200 rpm) or reciprocating, for cell culture and hybridisation. Thermostatic baths hold ±0.1 °C for enzyme assays and serology. Stirred baths use a magnetic stirrer for uniform temperature in large tanks. All have an SS 304 chamber, digital display and over-temperature cut-out.

| Requirement | Recommended | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Individual researcher | 4–6 L standard | ±0.5 °C |
| Lab group / QC department | 10–15 L standard or thermostatic | ±0.1 °C option |
| Cell culture / hybridisation | Shaking water bath | 20–200 rpm orbital or reciprocating |
| Multiple users / large batches | 20–30 L or stirred bath | Uniform temperature in large tanks |
Ambient +5 °C to 99 °C. For sub-ambient temperatures, use a circulation cooling water bath.
A standard bath gives static, temperature-controlled immersion. A shaking bath adds orbital or reciprocating agitation for cell culture, bacterial growth, hybridisation and enzyme reactions that need mixing.
±0.1 °C, for enzyme assays, serology and clinical diagnostics. Standard models hold ±0.5 °C, which is enough for routine heating and media preparation.
4–6 L for one researcher, 10–15 L for a lab group or QC department, and 20–30 L for several users or large batches. Choose a size that fits your largest flask with water around it.
